Installation

1. Download the epi package from github.:

   git clone https://github.com/cunningham-lab/epi.git
   

2. Install epi package and dependencies.:

   cd epi/
   pip install .
   

In order to create videos visualizing the optimization, you’ll need to install ffmpeg.
